An event about "change management system" topics and skills. The corporate asked this activity in order to solve the communication problems between its different departments resources.
Our offer
A workshop developed on a two days stay in an isolated monastery on the Alps. The project included sport activities, such as small techniques, orienteering, rafting & rescue, followed by reflection-conceptualization process.
Our challenge
According to experiential training methodology, we planned the workshop as a training camp to be introduced in the company implementation process.
