The members of two divisions were asked to work together for a new project. They did not know each other and they were used to follow different procedures.

Forum Theatre activity, where partecipants were asked to became actors and directors of their own performance at the same time.

We suggested act training exercices, focusing on the representational systems (auditive, visual, kynesthetic). Activities were aimed to develop listening skills at different levels. This enable people to bring personal and relational conflicts caused by the changing process to light and to find out possible solutions together. Our workshop was facilitated by professional actor and trainers.
