Your demand
In Sonderhoff italian branch a new german manager has just been introduced. A team building activity is considered to be a good way. To get closer to the young italian team and celebrate the beginning of a new co-operation.
Our offer
We choose for Sonderhoff a cooking challenge as we consider it an exciting activity and a very useful get-together moment. To spend some hours in a kitchen is a good chance to know each other better in an informal way.
Our challenge
We choose a four corse menu: starter "torta salata", first course "cappelli del vescovo", second course "involtini di tacchino con patate duchessa" and dessert " amaretto". We divided the participants into four teams, one for each menu course. Teams got just an image of the dish and they had to guess and choose the right ingredients displayed all together on a wide table. No preparing details were given, but the support of a ‘Peccati di Gola’ professional chef and our staff. From the ingredients to the final dish, participants were both creators and consumers of their lunch. The german manager appreciated a lot to make italian pasta with his own hands!
