Problem solving and communication
To create an event to help communication and problem solving skills in the whole sales network.
The sales network consists of multifirm agents with weak sales results. Problem solving was missing, as far as an improvement attitude. The top manager had communication problems with the whole sales network. We think sale is not an improvisation. We usually emphasize planning, calendar, needs analyses. On the contrary the path towards the customer is paved by episodes and instances that we can not plan, but we have to react instantly. The ability to improvise, meaning the ability to react quickly to critical situations and flexibility, is substantial. The sales process can be considered as a "planned improvisation".
