To manage and coordinate the whole event, suggest activities matching the sense of aggregation to the loyalty to the company according to the event pay off 'Partnership driving growth'
Our offer
Given the large number of participants, we proposed two high emotional impact activities: 'Active painting' and 'Circle Drums'.
Our challenge
Partecipants decided to unify "active painting" with "circle drums" all in one. We arranged the activity driving participants to the interpretation and representation of the company pay-off and interviewing the various teams on the meaning of their figurative choices.
